Earlier in her career, she worked on a variety of Civil Litigation matters, including proceedings before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court. This experience informs her practical, forward-looking approach to advising clients.

Sumneet’s Corporate and Commercial practice supports businesses at every stage of development providing clear, pragmatic guidance that helps clients move forward with confidence.

She also assists clients with comprehensive Estate Planning, including the preparation of Primary and Secondary Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, and trust planning. Sumneet takes care to ensure that each client’s personal and financial intentions are clearly documented and protected.

In her Real Estate practice, Sumneet acts for clients on purchases, sales, and refinancings, bringing a detail-oriented and communicative approach that ensures a smooth and supported transaction from start to finish.

Sumneet completed her legal education in the United Kingdom and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023. She is fluent in Punjabi, enabling her to serve clients with clarity, cultural awareness, and confidence.

In her spare time, Sumneet enjoys spending time with her family, taking advantage of what the Okanagan Valley has to offer.
